Affiliate Program Redesign – improved with increased flexibility for partners of various sizes

The previous Principal Affiliate Program provided a jump start. The next phase was to fine-tuning and expand existing features.

Game Manager – DRM and end-user gaming assistant

Initially developed as game activator. The value of Game Manager was quickly recognized in providing customer supports and exposing new products.

Solution

  • Features implemented based on user feedback (Sorting, update notifications, large file warning,…etc.)
  • Personalized Game Recommendations.

Results

As of summer of 2010, there were over 100 million Game Manager installations.

Purchase History Redesign

From user feedbacks and research, we were able to run feature analysis and produce effective solutions.

  • Information arrangement should reflect average users’ browsing behaviors.
  • Users expect to view past transactions history as well as information on purchased items.
